Wanted to explore East Syracuse and this hotel was excellent base for doing it. The setting was excellent, near to many restaurants, excellent winery and Destiny USA. Besides, the property was 4 km away from a performing arts theater.
The hotel staff was very incompetent.

The room was spacious and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the clean pool. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and personable. The location was fantastic, close to Destiny USA, various restaurants, and the excellent Greenwood Winery. everything was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in East Syracuse.

It was fairly clean, everyone was helpful and accommodating. Everything was perfectly fine, even so a few employees were quite busy. The property's location was unbeatable, in area for the night I would stay again. I tried some drinks at bar The Atrium Grille, located 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel was fairly clean and had outstandingly accommodating staff. The property had an excellent and perfect position.- It was close to an excellent winery, Greenwood Winery, as well as Destiny USA.

Exceptional and personable staff and the place was fairly clean. The room was neat and warm in general, with a comfy bed. I loved good restaurant.

THe pool was closed, and we had booked specifically for the pool VERY Disappointing, the air conditioning in our room was barely working
